As such, Murder On The Decks® is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected by the estimated delivery timeframes outlined herein. If a product is deemed faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of delivery schedules.
2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and dimensions of the products within the order.

From time to time, Murder On The Decks® may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated via our website and social media channels. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and are only valid during the promotional period.

3. Order Tracking
3.1 Tracking Information:
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your parcel via the carrier’s tracking portal.
3.2 Third-Party Carriers:
Orders are delivered using third-party carriers. Murder On The Decks® assumes responsibility for the goods until the products are delivered to the customer, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 Liability for Loss, Damage, or Delay:
In the event that an order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, we will liaise with the relevant carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Murder On The Decks® will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Delivery Enquiries & Customer Responsibility

If your order is not received within the estimated timeframe, we advise you to contact us promptly via Contact. We will liaise with the carrier to track and investigate the status of the order.
4.2 Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details at the point of sale. Murder On The Decks® accepts no liability for delays or delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
4.3 ACL Note:
For faulty, defective, or misdescribed products, Murder On The Decks® remains responsible under the ACL, regardless of any shipping issues or delays.
5. International Shipping
5.1 International Availability:
Currently, the following products are available for international shipping, subject to availability and shipping restrictions during checkout:

6. Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Limitations

Once an order is dispatched, the carrier manages delivery timeframes and tracking updates. The customer is responsible for monitoring their shipment via the provided tracking number.
6.2 Liability for Loss or Damage:
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, Murder On The Decks® remains responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer, where required by law.

7. Duties, Taxes & GST
7.1 GST and Local Taxes:
All product prices are displayed exclusive of taxes. Where applicable, GST (for Australian customers) or other local taxes will be applied at checkout.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders):
Customers outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
